Productivity during Quarantining

Staying busy during this time can be difficult especially with those who suffer with balancing their lives in positive ways. I'm here to easy your stress and offer ways to get creative and challenge yourself.
Create a playlist:
Not only does it aid in improvement to your mood but also reduces stress and anxiety along with improving anxiety and exercise.
Find your favorite songs to dance and jam out to!

Watch your favorite tv show or movie:
Get inspired! Laugh until your stomach hurts, remind yourself why love is worth fighting for, have a good cry, and change the way you perceive things.
Try something new and exciting!
Fun Fact: watching movies can be a form of expressive therapy called Cinema Therapy

Take on fitness and yoga:
Release dopamine and serotonin. Being stuck at home is no excuse to not push yourself to be a healthier and stronger you.
Maybe just go on a run with your dogs to get that fresh air.

Take up a new hobby:
Try something that has been on your bucket list. Try a new instrument, practice a sport, plant a garden, and challenge yourself because you have the time.

Cook & Bake:
Expand you pallet. Try something new with the items in your possession. Savory or Sweet? Find your recipe.

Stay in contact with the one's outside of your bubble:
Reach out to those close and far. Start a conversation, facetime a friend, check up on your relatives or even just send a funny video you think they would enjoy. They miss you!

Do something special for the loved one's you are quarantined with:
A little generosity and compassion goes a long way and helps bonding with your loved ones. Everyone is in the same position and can mean the world to them in dark times.
